Liability Claims
Public and Product Liability Claims with a property involvement.
Alan FitzGerald has dealt with liability claims over his 40 year plus career. In the final exams of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA) he took the specialist “Public and Product Liability Claims” paper and was the only candidate worldwide awarded a Distinction the year he qualified.
Alan is the author of a number of articles on claims related matters to include a much acclaimed dissertation entitled “Assessment of Damages for Third Party Losses” which was published in the Journal of the Chartered Insurance Institute in 2003.
Alan has developed a reputation in the market for handling liability claims with a property involvement both for Insurers and Policyholders. Alan has also been engaged as an “Expert Witness” in the interpretation and understanding of Policy wordings.
